Woke up and met up with a couple in my building and we headed to the Samba Carnival. It was like the Festival I went to in Hibiya but in a parade form. Music was either playing from a set of speakers, or a marching band. Tons of people in a wide variety of costumes dancing down the street.
After that I headed to Odaiba and met up with Phill and we headed out to Shinjuku to check out some phones. He held off on getting a phone because explaining and understanding a phone plan is difficult when it's not your first language. We walked around Shinjuku and went to a Conveyor Belt sushi place for dinner. From there I headed back home.
