Watched "the Illusionist" today, that movie is really good! After that I headed in to work, for the first two hours nobody came in so I worked ahead in my workbook for Japanese and played some games on DS and got paid for it.
One of my students today started talking about the news in Japan. The news shows in Japan for the most part only present one view on any issue which gives the news a very one sided view. This is something that my teacher in Race Studies also mentioned. My student said that it's a type of brain washing, but I wouldn't take it that far.
After that I headed home and had a awesome dinner like always. That picture is of the Karaoke Kan in Shinjuku that was featured in "Lost in Translation"
