School, Keio, and City Hall

School like usual. Today some friends and I headed to Keio to get lunch from their cafeteria. It's good and it's really cheap, so it's extra good. After school I met up with Tom the new home stay and we headed to Minato City Hall so he could apply for his Foreigner registration card. Got there just as the office was closing, filled out the form and headed home.
