Back to a normal schedule?

School in the morning followed by language school in the afternoon and work in the evening. On the way home some random Japanese guy came up to me in the station and asked me for money to get home. What the heck? I'm white, why would you ask me over a Japanese person? The guy didn't seem homeless, so I don't know what his deal was.
