There are a ton of light displays all over Tokyo and you see Christmas trees everywhere. As with the US, Christmas music plays in all stores for the whole month of December. One of the funny things is that somehow KFC has positioned themselves as the provides of the "traditional" Japanese Christmas meal of chicken. Awesome!
